Structure

Analyzing our company is clearly understood that it belongs to the greek Small and Medium Sized Transport Companies. Our business course and activities have driven us to choosing a flexible yet robust management model.

In the above mentioned figure appear the departments that make up our company. As it is understood it was attempted to be developed a flexible model, which could give the option of further development and for provision of specialized and qualitative services.

The lack of many echelons in the hierarchy is also important. Our experience has showed us that  many steps are responsible for low communication between executives and furthermore for low quality. Basic in this management model is also the feedback  from our personell, our partners and of course from our own customers. This gives us the advantage of providing added value to our customers.
